This is a poorly made product. We used it for Thanksgiving and put it on a wooden dining room cabinet only to discover that it isn't insulated on the underside so it melted the finish on the wood. when I realized that it was too hot on the underside I put a thick place mat under the warmer then it melted the underside of the place mat into the wooden cabinet. Also, it is either on or off, and the heat level cannot be controlled, so there was no way to lower the heat and still keep it on. It's only virtue is that it is larger than the other warmers so it can hold more. I was very disappointed and very sorry that I bought it.

I was skeptical at first; I was concerned because it said cordless. After purchasing it, I loved it. I only wish it had a thermostat adjusting knob. The dishes were hot for up to 4 hours unplug. I got lots of complements from my guest and family. It was the focus of the party. The finish stainless steel look and the solid weight of it worth ever penny. I told everyone I purchased it online from Amazon.

It is heavy enough so it doesn't get pushed around on the table, I like that. It stayed warm about an hour. I'd have given it a 5 star rating if the on/off automatic switch would have worked. I have to remember to unplug it. If I could have found my receipt I'd have returned it for one that worked. It is what I needed though and I still like it and use it all the time.
